How to stick the complicated product logo? Is it manually applied? This article will take you to see precisely.

Labeling machine is what?

A labeling machine (Labeller) is the role of self-adhesive paper labels (paper or metal foil) pasted on the PCB, product, or prescribed packaging equipment. Labeling machine is an indispensable component of modern packaging.

At present, the types of production labeling machines are gradually increasing, and the technical level has also been greatly improved. It has moved from the backward situation of manual and semi-automatic labeling to automatic high-speed labeling machines to occupy the vast market.

Labeling rate: labeling requirements (single or multi-label) labeling the number of packaging containers and the total number of packaging containers inspected percentage.

Label damage rate: the percentage of labels damaged by the labeling machine and the total number of labels consumed during the labeling of the inspected packaging container during the labeling process.

Positive labeling rate: the percentage of positively labeled packaging containers to the total number of inspected packaging containers among the packaging containers being inspected.

Advantages of labeling machine:

A wide range of applications can meet the entire circumference of the round bottle labeling or semi-circular labeling; bottle labeling between the switch is simple and easy to adjust.

The label has a high degree of coincidence. The label tape is circumvented with a correction mechanism. The label does not deviate, and the labeling position is adjustable in three directions and an inclination of eight degrees of freedom. There is no dead angle in the adjustment, and the label has a high degree of coincidence.

The working principle of the labeling machine:

The work process begins with the box on the conveyor belt at a constant speed to the labeling machine feed. Mechanical fixtures separate the containers at a fixed distance from each other and push the boxes forward in the conveyor belt direction. The automated system of the labeling machine includes a drive wheel, a labeling wheel, and a reel. The drive wheel intermittently drags the labeling belt through the spin and pulls it out while passing over the labeling wheel, pressuring the labeling belt against the case. An open-loop displacement control is used on the revolution to maintain the tension of the label band because the labels are tightly attached to the label band, so the label band must constantly start and stop.

The label is applied at the same speed as the labeling wheel moves to the case. When the belt reaches a specific position, the label belt drive wheel accelerates to a speed that matches the belt, applies the label, and decelerates to a stop.

Since the label belt can slip, it has registration marks to ensure that each label is placed correctly. A sensor reads the registration mark. During the deceleration phase of the label belt, the drive wheel is repositioned to correct any position errors on the label belt.

Labeling machine application industries:

Use: To realize the function of applying paste to the label, on the circumference of the product, to apply the label automatically;

Function: To improve the efficiency of product labeling, accurate labeling position, good quality, high stability; to avoid manual labeling inefficiency, skewed, uneven thickness of the glue, and a series of problems such as wrinkles, effectively reduce the waste of paste, reduce labeling labor costs, improve the beauty of product identification, and enhance the overall competitiveness of products.

Scope of application: It is suitable for any industry to produce packaging materials such as bottles, bags, and plastics.

Applicable label: paper label (paste required).

Applicable products: products that require paste labels to be attached to the circumferential surface.

Application industry: Widely used in food, daily chemical, medicine, wine, and other industries.

Application examples: paste labeling on firecrackers, paste labeling on beer, paste labeling on pesticide bottles, etc.
